I want you to know, right from the beginning, that you are not alone. For more than a decade I’ve guided families through the first fragile steps after loss, and witnessed the extraordinary courage it takes to keep going when your world has changed forever.

Rise Beyond Grief was born from my own lived experience of pregnancy and infant loss, and from a deep calling to walk alongside other women navigating this path. I understand, not just intellectually but emotionally and spiritually, how grief can reshape every part of your world.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic approach, honouring the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Grief is not something that exists in isolation, it lives in your thoughts, your emotions, your physical body, and your sense of identity. That is why our work together gently supports all parts of you.
Through compassionate space-holding, intuitive guidance, and grounded therapeutic tools, I support you to move through grief in a way that feels safe, supported, and at your own pace. This may include reflective practices, somatic awareness, gentle coaching, and holistic healing approaches that allow you to process what you are carrying without becoming overwhelmed.
At the heart of my work is my 12-week coaching programme, Rise Beyond Grief a deeply nurturing journey designed to support you as you begin to find your way forward after loss.
Within this programme, we explore:
Creating emotional safety and stabilisation
Understanding and navigating the layers of grief
Guilt, anger, and the complexities of loss
Reconnecting with your body and nervous system
Honouring your baby’s story and your ongoing bond
Rediscovering identity and who you are now
Gently opening to hope, meaning, and life beyond grief
This is not about “moving on” or leaving your baby behind. It is about learning how to carry your love and your loss together, in a way that feels sustainable, meaningful, and true to you.
I don’t offer quick fixes or timelines for healing. Grief does not work that way. What I offer is something far more important a steady, compassionate presence, a place where you are seen, heard, and held without judgement.
Together, we create space for your grief, your story, and your healing so that, in time, moments of light, acceptance, and even hope can begin to gently re-emerge.
